Who Are We

GERRY de CAMP, M.S.C.E., P.E., PTOE

Gerry has over forty years of experience in Professional Engineering. As a traffic signal operations practitioner, Mr. de Camp has developed and implemented numerous “outside the box” signal operations concepts, and customized signal sequences for diamond interchanges, and regularly works to solve complex traffic signal operational issues. Mr. de Camp still serves on the Signal Technical Committee (STC) of the National Committee of Uniform Traffic control Devices (NCUTCD), as he has for more than 20 years.
